Heather specializes in healing with whole foods. She has been a Registered Dietitian since 1994 and has a background in critical care nutrition, though she found her passion for healing with whole foods through her daughter, whose health problems could not be explained or resolved by modern medicine. Homeopathy and whole/live foods healed her daughter and changed Heather’s way of practice forever. Heather has a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition (MSU) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (U of M). Heather believes good foods, containing enzymes, healthy fats and good bacteria are the building blocks of good health. She teaches natural ways to detoxify your life and body. Heather has worked with people from all walks of life, and seen countless disorders disappear when modern, refined foods were replaced with traditional foods. Heather offers a range of individualized services, including nutritional counseling, classes in preparation of traditional foods, shopping and label reading guidance, and menu planning.
